St. Christopher School

February Principal Letter

Dear Parents and Friends of St. Christopher School,

Although this winter has been kind to us, the darkness, and cold can sometimes take its toll.  Be reassured that spring’s light is but a few months away.  In the meantime, we dress warmly and head outside for some winter fun.  Skating, skiing and sledding with the children lifts the darkness and gets us through.  I’ve always felt that seeing the world through our children’s eyes gives us a way to create our own light even in the darkest of times.  Hence, regardless of the season, the Light shines; God is in our midst.

I am thrilled to report that over 60 families attended our Open Houses held in December and early January.  We are still doing many tours each week.  With registrations continuing to pour in, available seating is becoming scarce.  In fact, our kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 classes are nearly full and waiting lists will be substantial.  We would like to thank you for your support in promoting St. Christopher School among your friends, neighbors and acquaintances.  Your contributions to the school community never go unnoticed and are our treasure!
