ST. CHRISTOPHER PARENT GROUP POSITIONS

President – Kathy Moraros
- Managing group and activities, overall decision-making with input from all members of Parent Group, sending reminders for meetings and activities, determining agenda, delegating tasks and activities to the rest of the group
Vice President – Sue Sheehy
- Assisting the President with the above responsibilities
Secretary – Celeste Karski
- Updating Parent Group portion of school web site (articles, photos, and announcements), meeting minutes and any other written materials or organizational needs for Parent Group
Treasurer – Paula Nickerson
- Balancing budget with President, collecting funds and obtaining cash box from fund raisers, reporting budget to group
Fund Raising Coordinator for Parent Group – Scott and Sharon Soucy
- Organizing, delegating, and coordinating parent group fund raisers such as Poinsettia Sale, Restaurant Nights, Pancake Breakfast, lottery baskets and other fund raisers as determined by the group
Book
- Advertising and organizing event including obtaining books, bags, gently used uniforms
Enrichment Program Coordinator – Bridget Gigliotti
- Gathering information and scheduling enrichment programs including PBS Family Nights in collaboration with the Principal, President, Vice President, Director of Advancement, and teachers; attending Nashua Enrichment Group Meetings twice a year; Ensuring that both a parent photographer or Parent Group member is present at all programs
Barbeque Coordinator – John Kocsis
- Planning, organizing (purchasing food, renting tables/grill, hiring DJ), delegating (baked goods), and advertising for the annual Parent Group Barbeque with the assistance of the President/Vice President; this includes new parent invitations, phone calls if needed, and welcome table
Special Events Coordinator and Teacher Liaison – Dana Keegan
- Coordinating and managing 4 teacher breakfast/luncheons and 2 new parent breakfasts including invitations, assisting Paula McLellan in planning the events, organize and plan other teacher appreciation events or gifts
Parents’ Night Out – OPEN
- Organizing, advertising, and planning Parents’ Night Out
Bulletin Board Designers – Sonia Dahl and Dana Keegan
- Planning and designing topics for Parent Group Bulletin Boards for a minimum of 4 boards per year
Photographers – Caroline Ogden and Sonia Dahl
- Taking photos or delegating taking photos for each Parent Group event including teacher luncheons/breakfast, fund raisers, and enrichment programs; making sure photos are available for bulletin boards, web site, yearbook, and Parent Group displays at the beginning of each school year
Graphic Designer - Sonia Dahl
- Creating signs for fund raisers, enrichment programs, barbeque, Parent Orientation
