February News
It certainly doesn't feel like February with all of this warm weather we've been having! We will be back to a normal schedule after an exciting Catholic School's Week! We are very lucky to be a part of an amazing school community. We will celebrate President's Day this month by learning about past presidents, and discussing what we would do if we were elected president. On Valentine's Day, we will show our spirit by wearing pink, white, or red and exchanging valentines with our friends. We will decorate a shoebox or bag at home to bring in. We will not be having a party, but just a simple celebration. A class list will be sent home to make it easier for you. We are continuing our multiplication and division, but we are moving on to larger numbers. We will be getting into graphing and reading charts this month too. Lent begins later this month and we will celebrate with Ash Wednesday Mass. Vocations and Sacraments will be the focus in our Religion chapters this month. Reminder: Famous African American Journal/Diary is due Feb. 20th! |
