Artist of the month:  Leonardo DaVinci

Leonardo DaVinci was born in 1452 and died in 1519.  He was a Renaissance Painter.

He was one of the world’s greatest thinkers and creators of all time.

He was an engineer, an architect, a botanist, a painter and an inventor.

Curriculum Standard:  for students to apply appropriate media techniques and processes.  Standard # 1

Projects:  DaVinci Diary, car of the future, heliocopter (one of his inventions).

Note:  We will also be getting ready for the Fine Arts Festival and working on the Art projects for Mrs. Polcari.
