New Student Application Process
Thank you for your interest in St. Christopher School! We are excited you are considering our school for your child. Please take a moment to review the following information about our application process for new students.

1. Tour of St. Christopher School
We invite anyone considering St. Christopher School to tour our school. Tours are available during our Open Houses on:

Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are currently being accepted on a space available basis. Please contact Jackie Langenfeld at 603-882-7442, ext. 114 email@example.com for additional information about enrolling in the current school year!
Applications for the 2020-2021 school year open on October 1, 2019 for new families.
An application for new students can be found HERE . All applications are accepted only through this electronic portal. There is a $15 application fee for all NEW students.
3. Consideration of Applicants
While persons of all faiths are accepted into St. Christopher School each year, for new Pre-kindergarten through 6th grade applicants we do give priority to:
- Families who currently have a child or children enrolled at St. Christopher School
- Registered parishioners of St. Christopher Parish
- Students previously enrolled in a Catholic school
- Children of St. Christopher School alumni
- Date application was submitted
- Reasons for sending child to St. Christopher School
4. Application Decision
Applications will be considered immediately, and you will receive an email shortly from St. Christopher School regarding the status of your application. Families with accepted children will then have 10 days to complete the online Registration Form, pay the required online $175 non-refundable Registration Fee, and complete a Release of Records Form, when applicable. If an applicant’s family does not respond within the 10 days, the open seat will be given to another student.
Current St. Christopher families will be invited to register for the next school year prior to the placement of new students.
Families with a child currently in grades PreKindergarten through 1st grade receive an email link to the Registration Form on November 1, 2019. Registrations will be due for these students on November 30, 2019. With this registration, the child is guaranteed a seat in the appropriate grade for the next school year. Registrations for siblings of current St. Christopher School students are also accepted during this time and will result in a guaranteed seat in the appropriate grade. In-house registrations for grades PreKindergarten to 2nd grade that are received after the due date of November 30, 2019 will be placed in the “open” pool of applicants for these grades, which will include students from outside the current school community. In the case of a late registration, no seat is guaranteed for the student.
Families with a child currently in grades 3 through 6 at St. Christopher School receive their in-house registration materials on January 3, 2020, with a due date of January 31, 2020 for a guaranteed seat in the appropriate grade. Registrations returned after this date will be placed in the "open" pool of applicants and no seat is guaranteed for the student.
Additional Registration Information
Age for Admisson
All children must be four years of age on or before September 30 to enter Pre-Kindergarten, five years of age on or before September 30 to enter Kindergarten, and six years of age on or before September 30 to enter Grade 1. A record of birth and appropriate immunization record must be presented to the school at time of registration.
An appropriate immunization record is required. The State of New Hampshire provides to all physician or clinics an official New Hampshire Immunization Record. This immunization schedule has been recommended by the New Hampshire Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) derived from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Immunization Practices Advisory Committee (ACIP).
Children between 2 months and 18 years of age who are admitted or enrolled in school or day care centers are required by RSA 141:C to have been immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, DTP and Polio. Children between 15 months and three years enrolled in a child care agency must have one dose HIB after 15 months. Children born after January 1, 1988, must be vaccinated against measles on or after 15 months of age. A second measles vaccination is required for students entering 7th grade. A record of acceptable immunization must be submitted by parent/guardian to enroll a child in any school or day care center unless exempted for health or religious reasons. All children must have a physical examination prior to entering Kindergarten or Grade 1.
