“The fruit of silence is prayer, the fruit of prayer is faith, the fruit of faith is love, the fruit of love is

service, the fruit of service is peace.” – Mother Teresa

Dear Parents and Friends of Saint Christopher School,

The month of May is a time in our church and school when we honor our Blessed Mother, Mary. This will be done in a most beautiful way by continuing the tradition of the crowning of Mary Friday, May 17th beginning at 9:15 am with a procession from School to Church.

This month also begins in a most appropriate way, honoring our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 6 to 10.  We are blessed to have an amazing faculty, all of whom are dedicated, hard-working, and faith-filled.  If you have the time, send your child’s teacher a note of appreciation!  Kind words go a long way!

Tuitions Packets: Tuition Agreement packets will be going home in May as soon as our Budget is approved.  If you have been awarded financial aid, it will be noted on your tuition agreement.

What busy months March and April have been.  Here are the highlights:

The Auction –Our auctions are always exciting, and this one was very special. The decorations  looked fabulous!  I especially liked the rubix cubes!  This group of parents put their hearts and souls into making this event a success! I can’t thank everyone enough for supporting St. Chris. I would like to recognize the Auction Committee and its Chairpersons Jenn Torosian for providing us with such a well organized, fun-filled evening.  The love we have for our students and our school was evident in that room.  Thank you for your support!  It was amazing!

Fine Arts Center – It was such an amazing feeling to finally be able to announce the building of the Fine Arts Center!!  Fr. David did a wonderful job sharing this success story with everyone. His support of this and everything we do at our school shows us that God continues to bless us every day.  Stay tuned for updates on the Fine Arts Center as the construction begins!

Recognized for leading the school community in this month’s Morning Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance are the following students: Ronan Bradshaw, Emma Knapp and Tiffany Yeung.

Open House for new students – Sunday, May 19th    Tell everyone you know to come on by!  Seeing is believing!!

For all of your continued support and dedication, I thank you!

God Bless!
